摘要: 指南注册是整个指南制订过程的初始环节，更是对指南质量把关的重要环节。本文分析了注册制度的建立与发展，比较了国内外指南注册平台，重点介绍了国际实践指南注册与透明化平台的应用及现状，旨在提高未来指南制订的透明度，提升指南质量。

Abstract: The registration of the guidelines is not only the initial step in the development process, but also an important part of the quality control of the guidelines. Thus, we analyzed the establishment and evolution of registration systems, the current state of guideline registration platforms, and the use of the Practice guideline REgistration for transPAREncy(PREPARE), with the goal of improving the transparency and quality of guideline development.
