Preservation and Utilization of Clinical Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid Specimen

摘要: 支气管肺泡灌洗液（bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF）富含多种细胞因子、酶类等生物活性物质，是一种优质的临床检测标本和科研保藏样本，在病原学分析、蛋白质组学、病理学及疾病诊疗等领域具有重要价值。本文系统综述了BALF样本保藏的关键技术要点，并从应用角度对肺泡灌洗液进行深入解读，旨在为样本保藏活动的规范化开展提供参考，同时推动BALF样本在临床科研中的广泛应用。Abstract: Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) is rich in various bioactive substances such as cytokines and enzymes, making it a high-quality clinical specimen and research sample. It holds significant value in fields such as etiological analysis, proteomics, pathology, and disease diagnosis and treatment. This article systematically reviews the key technical points for the preservation of BALF samples and provides an in-depth interpretation of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from an application perspective. The aim is to offer references for the standardization of sample preservation practices and to promote the widespread use of BALF samples in clinical research.
