Methods The literature on ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in adults was searched in accordance with the "6S" pyramid modeling system of evidence-based resources from relevant websites and databases at home and abroad, with a timeframe from the establishment of the database to April 2024, and the evidence was extracted and summarized according to the topic. After screening the literature and evaluating the methodological quality, the evidence was extracted and summarized according to the topic.
Results Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 papers were finally included, including 1 clinical decision,10 guidelines, 3 expert consensus, and 1 best evidence summary, summarizing 33 pieces of evidence.
Conclusion This study summarizes the evidence related to ambulatory blood pressure (BP) monitoring operations and provides an evidence-based basis for standardizing the operation of ambulatory BP monitoring by medical personnel in order to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of ambulatory BP monitoring.
