CyberKnife成功治疗垂体瘤及肺癌骨转移:开启立体定向放疗新篇章

CyberKnife Stereotactic Radiosurgery System for Pituitary Tumors and Pulmonary Cancer Bone Metastases: Initiating a New Chapter in Stereotactic Radiotherapy

  • 摘要: 立体定向射波手术平台简称射波刀(CyberKnife)是一种图像引导的立体定向放疗技术。该技术通过电离辐射精准照射组织,可有效破坏肿瘤细胞,适用于颅内和颅外肿瘤的放疗。本文报道了北京协和医院首次成功应用CyberKnife进行放疗的案例,包括1例垂体腺瘤术后放疗后病情未得到控制的患者及1例肺腺癌靶向治疗后椎体转移患者。应用CyberKnife技术进行放疗,实现了高度精确的剂量传输,可针对性地照射肿瘤病灶,同时最大限度地减轻对周围正常组织的损伤,取得了较为理想的临床疗效。

     

    Abstract: The CyberKnife, an acronym for the Stereotactic Radiosurgery Platform, represents an image-guided stereotactic radiotherapy technique. This technology precisely delivers ionizing radiation to tissues, effectively damaging tumor cells and proving suitable for radiotherapy of both intracranial and extracranial tumors. This article reports the first performance of CyberKnife by radiotherapy at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, including a patient with uncontrolled pituitary adenoma after surgery and radiotherapy, and another patient with vertebral metastasis following targeted therapy for lung adenocarcinoma. The application of CyberKnife technology in radiotherapy has achieved highly accurate dose delivery, enabling targeted irradiation of tumor lesions while minimizing damage to surrounding normal tissues, thereby yielding relatively ideal clinical outcomes.
