生食感染广州管圆线虫蜗牛引起嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜炎1例

Eating Raw Snails Infected with Angiostrongylus Cantonensis Causes Eosinophilic Meningitis: A Case Report

摘要: 本文报道1例生食蜗牛10 d后出现持续发热和中枢神经系统症状的男性病例。结合临床表现、流行病史及病原学检测结果，诊断为广州管圆线虫病。予以阿苯达唑驱虫、地塞米松抗炎治疗后康复。本文梳理该患者的诊疗历程，并结合文献复习，以期为临床诊疗提供参考。

Abstract: We report a case of a male patient who developed persistent fever and central nervous system symptoms after eating raw snails for 10 days. The patient was diagnosed with Angiostrongyliasis depended on the clinical presentation, epidemiological history, and etiological results. The patient recovered after receiving albendazole anthelmintic and dexamethasone anti-inflammatory therapy. This article incorporates literature review to sort out the diagnosis and treatment of this patient, in order to provide feasible reference for clinicians.
