Research of Clinical Questions Construction in Clinical Practice Guidelines： based on A Case-guided Approach

Currently, in the development of clinical practice guidelines, there were practical and technical difficulties in the construction of clinical questions, clinicians or guideline developers in constructing clinical questions less based on the actual case scenario, causing some information loss between structured and actual clinical connotation, to solve this difficulty, we proposed the case-guide questions construction approach, and the case research and verification were carried out in the formulation of the guideline development, we found that this method can be more efficient, more scientific auxiliary formulate clinical questions, provide reference for clinicians or guideline developers.
