Diagnosis and Clinical Management of 2019 Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV) Infection: An Operational Recommendation of Peking Union Medical College Hospital(V2.0)

摘要: 2019年12月以来，我国陆续出现2019新型冠状病毒(2019 novel coronavirus，2019-nCoV)感染引起的以肺部病变为主的新型传染病。临床特征包括发热、干咳、气促，以及胸部X线检查显示炎症性改变等。我国已将2019-nCoV感染的肺炎定为法定传染病。为规范这一新发突发传染病的诊疗，北京协和医院特制订2019-nCoV感染的肺炎诊疗建议方案。

Abstract: Since December 2019, China has been experiencing an outbreak of a new infectious disease caused by 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The clinical features include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, and inflammatory lung infiltration. China rapidly listed 2019-nCoV-related pneumonia as a statutory infectious disease. To standardize the diagnosis and treatment of this new infectious disease, an operational recommendation for the diagnosis and management of 2019-nCoV infection is developed by Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
