Strengthen Preparedness for Public Health Emergency and Response Capabilities of Public Academic Medical Centers

摘要: 医疗系统在突发公共卫生事件早期识别中处于第一线，在随后的应对和处置中亦是患者救治的主战场。公立医院是我国医疗体系的主体，其中大型公立综合性医院更是在医疗技术水平上处于引领地位。因此，大型公立综合性医院在突发公共卫生事件应对中应发挥主要作用，尤其在疑难重症救治、技术指导、决策建议等方面均应发挥支柱作用。全方位加强医疗、教学和研究等公共卫生应急响应能力建设将是未来公立综合性医院发展的重点内容之一。Abstract: The healthcare system is in the front-line of identifying and responding to public health emergencies. Public hospitals dominate our country's healthcare system, in which large-scale academic medical centers play the leading role in providing the most advanced medical technologies and healthcare services.
