糖化白蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病监测中的研究进展

Progress in Research on Glycosylated Albumin Monitoring Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

  • 摘要: 妊娠期糖尿病是孕期最常见的并发症之一, 严重威胁母婴健康, 故孕期血糖监测及控制至关重要。糖化白蛋白反映测定前2~3周平均血糖水平, 是短期血糖监测指标。与其他血糖监测指标相比, 糖化白蛋白在妊娠糖尿病中的应用更具优势, 可作为孕期血糖监测及预测母婴并发症的良好指标。然而糖化白蛋白在妊娠妇女中的应用较少, 其正常值参考范围尚未统一。本文对糖化白蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病中的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Gestational diabetes(GDM) is one of the most common complications during pregnancy, which seriously threatens the health of mothers and infants. Therefore, blood glucose monitoring and control during pregnancy are essential. Glycated albumin(GA) is the indicator of short-term glycemic control that reflects the mean blood glucose level in prior 2-3 weeks. Compared with other methods monitoring blood glucose, the application of GA in GDM is more advantageous. GA can be used as a good indicator for monitoring blood glucose during pregnancy and predict complications for mother and infants. However, there are few studies of GA in pregnant women, and the reference range of its normal value in pregnant women has not been defined. This review is about the progress in research on glycosylated albumin in gestational diabetes.
