Treatment of Periprosthetic Joint Infection Following Total Hip and Knee Arthroplasty with Debridement and Prosthesis Retention

摘要: 假体周围感染是人工关节置换术后严重并发症，一旦发生，将给患者带来极大心理负担和经济压力。其治疗主要包括一期翻修、二期翻修和保留假体清创术。本文通过回顾文献，对保留假体清创术的适应证、成功率、危险因素等进行探讨。

Abstract: Periprosthetic joint infection is one of the severe complications after total hip and knee arthroplasty. Once happened, it would bring great psychological burden and economic pressure on the patients. Current methods of treatment include one-stage revision, two-stage revision and debridement with prosthesis retention. In this paper, we discussed the indication, success rate and risk factors of debridement with prosthesis retention.
