Pelvic Actinomycosis

  • 摘要: 盆腔放线菌病是罕见的生殖道感染性疾病, 绝大部分女性患者携带宫内节育器。患者可能伴有发热、腹痛、分泌物增加、盆腔包块等并不特异的临床症状和表现, 诊断高度依赖组织病理学和微生物学, 微生物学目前在诊断中发挥了重要作用。药物治疗是基础和首选。手术切除感染组织用于严重的坏死组织、窦道形成或瘘形成。患者总体预后较好。
