Explorations on the Clinical Teaching and Training Model for Refresher Anesthesiologists

摘要: 目的 探索建立麻醉科进修医师临床教学培训模式。 方法 选取2023年3—9月在北京协和医院麻醉科进修学习的25名进修医师为研究对象,在其进修期间实施“导师制-知识更新-临床实践”的临床教学培训模式。于进修学习前、后分别进行问卷测试,比较进修医师两次测试的答题正确率和成绩,评价培训模式的有效性。同时,收集进修医师对教学培训模式的满意度评价。 结果 进修学习前、后试卷的有效回收率分别为84%和100%;进修学习前学员的平均成绩为(5.6±1.8)分,进修学习后平均成绩为(10.1±1.1)分,进修学习后的成绩显著高于进修学习前(P<0.01); 92%的学员给出了积极反馈。 结论 “导师制-知识更新-临床实践”的临床教学培训模式可有效提升进修医师的培训效果,学员满意度较高,具有一定应用价值。Abstract: Objective To establish and evaluate the clinical teaching and training model for refresher anesthesiologists. Methods 25 refresher anesthesiologists from the department of Anesthesiology during the period of March to September 2023 were enrolled. They received the clinical teaching and training model, namely “tutorial system-knowledge update-clinical practice”. The refresher anesthesiologists completed the same structured pre-designed questionnaire before the start and the end of training respectively. The scores were recorded and compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical training model. Feedback from refresher anesthesiologists about the teaching and training model was also collected. Results 21/25 and 25/25 questionnaires distributed were completed before the start and the end of advanced training respectively. The mean score before the start was 5.6±1.8 points. And the mean score before the end of training was 10.1±1.1 points, which was significantly higher than that before the start(P<0.001). 92% students gave positive feedback. Conclusions The “tutorial system-knowledge update-clinical practice” clinical teaching and training model was useful to elevate the effectiveness of training refresher anesthesiologists and their satisfaction.
