促进我国儿童风湿免疫性疾病的精准诊疗

Acceleration of Precision Medicine in Pediatric Rheumatic and Immunologic Diseases

  • 摘要: 儿童风湿免疫性疾病涉及复杂的遗传和环境因素。目前尚无经过验证的可预测治疗应答的生物学标志物,治疗主要依据症状、治疗指南、医生经验和药物可及性。精准诊疗在我国儿童风湿免疫性疾病中的应用尚处于起步阶段,本文将以幼年特发性关节炎、儿童系统性红斑狼疮为例,探讨精准诊疗的最新进展,以期为构建我国儿童风湿免疫性疾病的精准诊疗体系提供参考,提高患儿的生活质量。

     

    Abstract: Rheumatic and immunologic diseases in children may involve multiple genes and interactions between genetic and environmental factors. There are no validated biomarkers that are predictive of treatment response. Treatment is largely based on symptoms, treatment guidelines, physician experience, and medicine accessibility. The application of precision medicine in pediatric rheumatic and immunologic diseases is in its infancy. This article focuses on the progress of precision medicine in juvenile idiopathic arthritis and pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus, in order to build a precision diagnosis and treatment system for pediatric rheumatic and immunologic diseases, and improve children's quality of life.
