Rethinking and Exploring the Comprehensive Evaluation of Clinical Practice Guidelines

摘要: 临床实践指南的综合评价是衡量指南质量的重要方法。本文介绍了指南评价的作用和意义，系统梳理了指南评价工具的现状与发展；在此基础上，阐述了指南综合评价工具STAR的内容和特点，以期为指南综合评价体系的完善以及高质量指南的制订提供参考。

Abstract: A comprehensive evaluation of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) is essential to measure their quality. This study introduces the function and meaning of the systematic review of CPGs and combs the development and current status of guideline appraisal tools. On this basis, we expound the content and characteristics of the Scientific, Transparent, and Applicable Rankings Tool (STAR) for Guidelines in depth, with the hope of providing reference for the improvement of the compressive guideline assessment system and the development of high-quality guidelines in the future.
