Research Progress on the Relationship Between Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Gastric Cancer

摘要: 幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG)是胃癌的一种癌前病变，可通过多种因素促进胃癌发生，但具体作用机制尚不明确。本文回顾相关研究进展，探讨幽门螺杆菌相关性CAG在胃癌发生过程中的作用机制，以期为临床医务人员提供参考。

Abstract: Helicobacter pylori(HP) associated chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is known to be a precancerous lesion of gastric cancer, and can act on gastric carcinogenesis through a variety of factors, but the specific mechanism of action is not yet clear. In this paper, we review the research progress of the mechanism of HP associated CAG in the development of gastric cancer to provide reference for clinical medical staff.
