Exploration on the Training and Evaluation Mode of Clinical Postdoctoral in Radiology Department Based on Core Competence

摘要: 临床医学博士后培养项目是中国探索新时代医学精英教育的崭新形式。放射科作为北京协和医院临床医学博士后项目的首批试点科室,基于中国住院医师培训精英教学医院联盟住院医师核心胜任力框架共识提出的6项核心胜任力目标,结合放射科工作特点,建立了基于核心胜任力的临床医学博士后培养体系,同时优化了教学评价及反馈体系,使该项目成为培养中国复合型放射医学精英人才的毕业后医学教育项目,为其他教学医院临床医学博士后培养项目的实施提供借鉴和参考。Abstract: The postdoctoral training program of clinical medicine explores a new form of medical elite education in the new era in China. As one of the first pilot departments of the clinical postdoctoral program of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Radiology Department has established a clinical postdoctoral training system, optimized the evaluation and feedback system, based on the work characteristics and combined with the six core competence objectives proposed by the consensus of the resident core competence framework of China resident training elite teaching hospital alliance. This makes the project known as a post graduation education project for training elite talents of Chinese compound Radiology, which can provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in other teaching hospitals.
