  • 摘要: 神经重症是重症医学的重要分支,其损伤机制复杂多样、病理生理瞬息万变,不同的病理生理变化决定了不同的脑损伤程度。在特殊的高原环境下,神经重症发病率更高,发病年龄年轻化,病情进展速度快,损伤程度严重。为规范高原神经重症患者的诊疗,改进监测管理流程,预防不可逆性脑损伤,改善神经系统预后,由中国冷静治疗研究组、中国重症超声研究组和西藏重症医学质控中心组织专家,根据国内外文献及多年的临床实践经验,组织重症医学、神经外科等领域专家在充分讨论和沟通的基础上制定了“高原神经重症患者监测管理专家共识”,以提高临床医师对高原神经重症患者的监测管理水平。
