The PUMCH Classification of Carotid Body Tumor

  • 摘要: 颈动脉体瘤是位于颈动脉分叉的一种罕见肿瘤。外科手术是主要治疗手段,但存在较高的出血、神经损伤和血管损伤风险。Shamblin分型是基于肿瘤与血管解剖关系对其进行分类的方法,存在一定局限性;PUMCH(Peking Union Medical College Hospital)分型在考虑肿瘤与血管解剖关系的基础上,同时考虑了肿瘤上极高度,能够更好地预测手术并发症和指导手术,将有利于颈动脉体瘤手术效果的提升。
