Perimenopausal Nutritional Management Based on the Mediterranean Diet

  • 摘要: 围绝经期是女性特殊的生理阶段。伴随卵巢功能逐渐衰退及雌激素水平的下降,女性机体营养物质代谢也发生了相应改变,从而导致多种代谢性疾病的发生风险显著增加,如肥胖相关慢性疾病、心血管疾病、肌肉骨骼功能异常等。地中海饮食可降低各类代谢性疾病的发生风险,是围绝经期健康管理的重要参考。根据个体化代谢特点进行合理营养干预,是围绝经期健康管理的基础。

     

    Abstract: Perimenopause is a special period in women's life, during which both the ovarian function and the estrogen level decline progressively. Perimenopause is characterized by a remarkable increase in the risk of many metabolic disorders, including overweight/obesity, metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemic disease, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and so on. The Mediterranean diet is beneficial to reducing the risk of various metabolic diseases, which is implicational for improving the healthcare of women at perimenopause. Personalized nutritional management based on one's own metabolic feature is the cornerstone of health care for perimenopausal women.
