Refractory Pleural and Peritoneal Effusion:A Case of Atypical Malignant Mesothelioma

  • 摘要: 本文报道1例累及胸膜和腹膜的不典型恶性间皮瘤。从临床表现、病理等方面介绍本例患者的不典型之处，并进行文献复习，以加强临床医师对不典型恶性间皮瘤临床不典型表现的认识。

     

    Abstract: A case of atypical malignant mesothelioma involving both pleura and peritoneum was reported. The aim of this article was to strengthen clinicians' understanding of the atypical performance of malignant mesothelioma by illustrating the characteristics of its clinical and pathological manifestations and by reviewing related literature.
