磁共振成像在可切除性食管癌术前T分期中的应用

Application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Preoperative T Staging Evaluation of Resectable Esophageal Cancer

摘要: 食管癌的发病率在全球恶性肿瘤中居第8位, 具有较高的死亡率, 主要原因是难以早期诊断及精准分期。目前常用的影像术前分期手段已不能满足临床实际需要, 故磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)中的扩散加权成像-体素内不相干运动(diffusion weighted imaging-intravoxel incoherent motion, DWI-IVIM)、T2-mapping、radial-VIBE、T2-TSE-BLADE等新技术、新序列在可切除性食管癌术前分期中具有很大优势。

Abstract: Esophageal cancer is the eighth most common carcinoma in the world, with a high mortality rate. The main reason is that it is difficult for early diagnose and accurate staging. The commonly used preoperative staging imaging tools can not meet the clinical needs. Therefore, the new technologies and new sequences of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), including diffusion weighted imaging-intravoxel incoherent motion(DWI-IVIM), T2-mapping, radial-VIBE, and T2-TSE-BLADE, have a great advantage in the preoperative T staging of resectable esophageal cancer.
