Dual-wavelength Laser with 595 nm and 1064 nm Combination for Resistant Port-wine Stains

      目的  评价双波长595 nm和1064 nm激光器治疗难治性鲜红斑痣的疗效和安全性。
      方法  回顾性分析北京协和医院皮肤科激光中心2009年1月至2011年12月间采用双波长595 nm和1064 nm激光器治疗16例对传统脉冲染料激光治疗抵抗的难治性鲜红斑痣患者的资料, 评价其疗效和安全性。
      结果  16例患者中2例痊愈, 6例显效, 6例有效, 2例无效。3例患者出现水疱, 2例出现瘢痕, 无其他不良反应发生。
      结论  双波长595 nm和1064 nm激光器对难治性鲜红斑痣疗效显著, 不良反应较少。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of dual-wavelength laser in treating the resistant port-wine stains (PWS).
      Methods  Sixteen patients with single wavelength pulsed dye laser (PDL)-resistant PWS were subsequently treated with a dual-wavelength laser (595 nm and 1064 nm combination) in our department from January 2009 to December 2011. Their outcomes were recorded and retrospectively analyzed.
      Results  Of the 16 patients, 2 were cured, 6 markedly effective, 6 effective, and 2 ineffective. Vesiculation and scarring were seen in 3 and 2 patients, respectively, whereas no other adverse effects were reported.
      Conclusion  The novel dual-wavelength (595 nm and 1064 nm) laser is an effective and safe device for PWS that is resistant to PDL therapy alone.
