注重从基础研究中汲取胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤诊疗的新思路

Deriving New Ideas for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms from Basic Research

  • 摘要: 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm, pNEN)是最常见的消化系统神经内分泌肿瘤, 具有复杂的临床表现和高度异质性, 仅从临床角度对其诊疗策略进行归纳总结具有一定难度。近20年来, pNEN的基础研究得到了深入发展, 进而推动其理论体系和诊疗策略不断进步, 显著提高了pNEN的治疗效果。本文通过回顾近年来pNEN相关基础研究进展, 深入探讨基础研究对pNEN临床诊疗的推动作用: 一方面, 基础研究的发展可进一步揭示pNEN差异性生物学行为的本质, 为临床提供参考; 另一方面, 参考其他肿瘤领域可迁移性的基础研究成果, 也是辅助提升pNEN临床诊疗水平的捷径。

     

    Abstract: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (pNEN) is the most common neuroendocrine tumor in the digestive system. The heterogeneity of pNEN makes it difficult to summarize diagnostic and therapeutic strategies only based on clinical experience. Over the past 20 years, basic research on pNEN has been well developed, which in turn has promoted its theoretical system and diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, significantly improving the therapeutic efficacy of pNEN. In this paper, we review the development of basic research on pNEN in recent years and discuss its role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. On the one hand, the development of basic research can further reveal the nature of the differential biological behavior of pNEN and provide clinical reference; on the other hand, reference to the migratory basic research results in other tumor fields is also conducive to improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of pNEN.
