成纤维细胞生长因子在阿尔茨海默病中的作用机制

Mechanism of Fibroblast Growth Factor in Alzheimer's Disease

  • 摘要: 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是最常见的神经退行性疾病,目前发病群体已呈现年轻化趋势,多数患者一旦发病,认知功能将呈进行性减退,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。研究表明,成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)可通过多种机制参与AD的发病过程。本文就FGF在AD中的作用进行综述,以期为阐明AD的发病机制及早期诊断提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Alzheimer's disease(AD), the most common neurodegenerative disease, has shown an increasing incidence among younger people. With the onset of disease, most patients' cognitive function will show a progressive decline, bringing a heavy burden to the society and the family. Studies have shown that fibroblast growth factor (FGF) may be involved in the pathogenesis of AD through multiple mechanisms. This article reviews the mechanism of FGF in AD, with the hope of providing new ideas for elucidating the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of AD.
