Abstract: With the increasing morbidity of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (G-NENs), the understanding of clinicians about G-NENs is also deepening. However, there are still many controversies regarding the diagnosis and treatment of G-NENs. Therefore, this article reviews the current status of diagnosis and treatment of G-NENs through a literature review, and discusses the existing controversies, with the aim of providing reference for clinicians in standardized diagnosis and treatment.
