Non-antibody Mediated Transfusion Related Acute Lung Injury

  • 摘要: 输血相关性急性肺损伤(transfusion-related acute lung injury, TRALI)是输血导致死亡的首要原因, 但临床缺乏有效的防治手段, 了解其病理生理机制有助于更有效地预防TRALI。根据介导因子不同, 可将其分为抗体介导(免疫性)和非抗体介导(非免疫性)TRALI; 前者主要由被动输注内源性抗体导致, 后者主要由血制品中的可溶性分子和某些细胞成分介导。本文旨在对非抗体介导TRALI的发病机制及研究现状进行综述, 为临床工作提供理论指导。
