Correlation Between Gastric Polyps and Helicobacter Pylori Infection

  • 摘要: 胃息肉是内镜检查常见病变之一,具有恶变潜能,其发生与多种因素相关,具体病因及发病机制尚不明确。研究发现,某些病理类型的胃息肉与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染存在相关性,Hp根除治疗对部分增生性息肉和腺瘤性息肉具有明显的预防作用,而胃底腺息肉则与Hp感染呈负相关。明确胃息肉与Hp感染的相关性,特别是Hp根除治疗对各种病理类型胃息肉产生何种影响尤为重要。本文将对胃息肉与Hp感染的相关性进行综述,以期为临床胃息肉及Hp感染管理提供参考依据。
