北京协和医院医学教育模式的传承与创新

Inheritance and Innovation of Medical Education Model at Peking Union Medical College Hospital

  • 摘要: 医学教育是卫生健康事业发展的重要基石。北京协和医院自1921年建院起,即以第一代医学教育革命理念为起点,建立了以住院医师培养、床旁教学、教学查房及临床病理讨论会为代表的教学制度体系,并经由一代代协和人的言传身教,将医学人文精神深植于育人传统之中。在第三代以胜任力为导向的医学教育改革中,北京协和医院牵头成立中国住院医师精英教学医院联盟,先后发布了《中国住院医师培训精英教学医院联盟住院医师核心胜任力框架共识》和《中国精英教学医院联盟临床医学教育者胜任力框架共识》,推动胜任力理念在课程体系、评价考核与师资培养中全面落地,并在临床医学博士后项目中系统探索了高层次复合型医学人才的培养路径。面向第四代医学教育变革,北京协和医院始终坚守临床为本、人文为心的办学底色,进一步提出循证医学教育与人工智能赋能医学教育的实践方向。这既是对百年育人传统的传承,也是对全球医学教育变革的时代回应。

     

    Abstract: Medical education serves as a cornerstone for the development of healthcare systems. Since its establishment in 1921, Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) has pioneered the first-generation medical education reform, establishing a comprehensive teaching system characterized by residency training, bedside teaching, teaching ward rounds, and clinical pathological conferences. Through generations of dedicated mentorship, the spirit of medical humanism has been deeply embedded in its educational tradition. In the context of the third-generation, competency-based medical education reform, PUMCH has taken the lead in founding the China Consortium of Elite Teaching Hospitals for Residency Education, successively issuing the "Consensus on Core Competency Framework for Residency Education Among China Consortium of Elite Teaching Hospitals for Residency Education" and the " China Consortium of Elite Teaching Hospitals Consensus on the Competency Framework for Clinician Educators." These initiatives have facilitated the full integration of competency-based concepts into curriculum design, assessment systems, and faculty development. Furthermore, PUMCH has systematically explored pathways for cultivating high-level, compound medical talents through its Clinical Postdoctoral Program. Looking ahead to the fourth-generation medical education transformation, PUMCH remains committed to its founding ethos of "clinical excellence at its core and humanism at its heart," while further advancing evidence-based teaching and artificial intelligence-enhanced medical education practices. This dual commitment not only carries forward a century-old educational legacy but also represents a timely response to the evolving landscape of global medical education reform.
