Abstract: With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies,generative AI-based chatbots are increasingly becoming important tools for optimizing clinical decision-making.Research on chatbot health advice (CHA) focuses on the quality,accuracy,and safety of health information and clinical recommendations generated by such systems.However,substantial heterogeneity exists in the reporting completeness of current CHA studies.Chatbot Assessment Reporting Tool (CHART) provides researchers wit hstructured reporting standards and operational guidance.This article systematically introduces each item of t heCHART checklist and illustrates them with practical examples,aiming to offer guidance and reference for do-mestic researchers in applying this tool.
