Research Progress on Prognosis and Targeted Therapy Mediated by Key Gene Alterations in Prostate Cancer

  • 摘要: 前列腺癌在全球男性中具有高发病率与死亡率,其高度的异质性和进化能力导致传统治疗方法效果有限。近年来,随着单细胞测序、循环肿瘤 DNA分析等技术的发展,前列腺癌分子演化的复杂图景逐渐清晰,尤其多基因共存模式在介导耐药与谱系转化中的关键作用受到广泛关注。本文从整合视角出发,综述了前列腺癌关键改变基因的分子机制、预后价值及其协同作用,并系统探讨针对这些靶点的精准治疗策略的最新临床进展。

     

    Abstract: Prostate cancer has a high incidence and mortality rate among men worldwide. Its high heterogeneity and evolutionary ability lead to limited effectiveness of traditional treatment methods. In recent years, with the development of technologies such as single-cell sequencing and circulating tumor DNA analysis, the complex picture of prostate cancer molecular evolution has gradually become clear. In particular, the key role of multi-gene coexistence patterns in mediating drug resistance and lineage transformation has received widespread attention. This article, from an integrated perspective, reviews the molecular mechanisms, prognostic value and synergistic effects of key altered genes in prostate cancer, and systematically explores the latest clinical progress of precision treatment strategies targeting these targets.
