Surgical Treatment for Craniovertebral Junction Malformations and Prevention of Complications

摘要: 颅颈交界区畸形是一类位于枕骨大孔及上颈椎的先天性畸形,可出现多种骨性以及脑和脊髓的畸形病变。该病治疗目前尚存诸多争议,近年来随着医疗技术的快速发展和多学科协作交流的日益密切,其治疗方式和理念有了新的认识和进展。本文将对颅颈交界区畸形的手术治疗方式及术后并发症的预防和处理进行综述,以期为临床医生提供指导和帮助。Abstract: Malformation of the craniovertebral junction area is congenital malformation of the occipital foramen and upper cervical vertebrae, which can present a variety of malformations of the bones, brain and spinal cord. There are still many controversies about the treatment of this disease. In recent years, with the interchange and development of multidisciplinary, there have been new progress and understanding of the treatment methods and concepts of the deformity of the craniovertebral junction area. Surgical treatment methods and the prevention of surgical complications of craniovertebral junction area were reviewed in this article.
