  • 摘要: 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)理念能有效加快患者术后恢复, 改善预后, 降低住院费用, 从而达到更满意的医疗效果。一组国际食管癌外科管理专家针对食管切除术, 结合国内外最新文献及其证据水平, 最终制定了共39个部分的《食管切除术围手术期治疗指南:加速康复外科协会推荐》。这是针对食管切除术ERAS的第一个指南, 以期在围手术期医学模式下对ERAS临床实践的规范化开展起到更好的促进作用。本文对该指南进行解读, 诠释其中重点推荐内容及热点问题。
