  • 摘要: 假体周围感染是人工关节置换术后严重并发症,一旦发生,将给患者带来极大心理负担和经济压力。其治疗主要包括一期翻修、二期翻修和保留假体清创术。本文通过回顾文献,对保留假体清创术的适应证、成功率、危险因素等进行探讨。
