  • 摘要: 已有报道表明粪菌移植治疗炎症性肠病前景可观, 且针对溃疡性结肠炎的临床随机对照研究支持粪菌移植的有效性。但涉及粪菌制备的方法学、移植途径、供体筛选、患者选择以及诱发病情活动的潜在风险等方面尚存诸多未知, 因此, 粪菌移植目前仅适合在临床试验等特定条件下用于炎症性肠病治疗。
