Application of Intraoperative Goal-directed Fluid Therapy in Enhanced Recovery after Surgery

  • 摘要: 目标导向液体治疗作为加速康复外科的重要组成部分, 在加速大型手术术后康复、改善其预后方面的作用令人关注。基于现有的文献报道, 本文总结了目前临床上常用的目标导向液体治疗的监测方法、观察指标和液体选择, 并分别探讨加速康复外科模式下目标导向液体治疗在胃肠手术、胸科手术、肝脏手术、头颈部恶性肿瘤手术中的应用及影响。结果表明, 目标导向液体治疗应用于大型手术术中液体管理具有显著优势, 可降低术后并发症发生率, 缩短住院时间, 加速术后康复和改善预后。
