  • 摘要: PTEN基因是目前发现的重要抑癌基因之一, 其蛋白产物具有独特的蛋白磷酸酶及脂质磷酸酶双重活性。PTEN蛋白分布广泛、生物学功能复杂、调节方式多样, 可通过多种信号转导途径对细胞的形态、增殖、分化、黏附、迁移等发挥调节作用。随着对PTEN基因的深入研究, 揭示该基因与多种消化器官纤维化过程密切相关, 并可能成为逆转及治疗纤维化的潜在靶点。
