  • 摘要: Musashi-2(Msi-2)蛋白自发现以来, 有关其在干细胞未分化状态和自我更新能力中发挥的作用一直是研究的热点, 而近年来也证实Msi-2在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中起到关键性作用, 现有研究不仅仅局限于Msi-2促进恶性肿瘤发生发展的机制, Msi-2应用于恶性肿瘤诊断和个体化治疗的价值也日益凸显。本文将对Msi-2在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用及其作为诊断及治疗靶点的最新研究进展进行综述。
