  • 摘要:   目的  探讨原位情境模拟(in situ scenario simulation,ISS)在临床医学八年制专业学生高级生命支持(advanced cardiac life support,ACLS)培训中的应用效果。  方法  以2021年9月—2022年9月于北京协和医院急诊科见习的临床医学八年制学生为研究对象,随机分为ISS教学组与传统教学组进行ACLS培训。培训结束后,分别对两组学员进行理论知识及实践操作考核,对比分析两组考核成绩。以调查问卷形式收集ISS教学组对培训课程的满意度及建议。  结果  共89名学员参与ACLS培训并完成考核,其中ISS教学组44名,传统教学组45名,两组学员性别差异无统计学意义(P=0.462);ISS教学组理论知识、实践操作考核平均成绩均显著高于传统教学组[(80.36±6.46)比(65.33±10.43)分,P=0.000;(67.84±11.27)比(46.33±18.75)分,P=0.000]。ISS教学组所有学员均表示ISS教学对于提高理论知识掌握程度、实践操作能力及团队协作能力有效并希望下次继续开展,90.9%的学员对教学环境及设施满意。  结论  ISS法较传统教学法可有效提高临床医学八年制学生对ACLS理论知识的掌握程度及运用,学员满意度较高,具有一定的应用价值。
