  • 摘要: 关于整形外科治疗结局的判定，无论是修复重建还是医疗美容，都高度关注形态的美化，但常无法用物理参数来衡量。如何清晰理解患者的诉求，正确进行医疗决策，是整形外科医生时常面临的问题。在这样的学科特征背景下，患者报告结局测评量表(patient reported outcome measures，PROMs)显得尤为重要。本文将介绍PROMs的发展历史及其在整形外科临床研究中的应用情况，以期为诊疗工作提供帮助。
    Abstract: Judgment about the outcome of plastic surgery, whether reconstruction or cosmetology, depends on the beautification of body image, which is difficult to be measured with physical parameters. How to exactly understand patients' perception and make correct medical decisions are everyday work of plastic surgeons. Hence patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) are particularly important. In this paper, the author briefly described the development of PROMs, and introduced their application in plastic surgery, so as to provide reference for clinical research.
