  • 摘要: 围绝经期是女性特殊的生理阶段。伴随卵巢功能逐渐衰退及雌激素水平的下降,女性机体营养物质代谢也发生了相应改变,从而导致多种代谢性疾病的发生风险显著增加,如肥胖相关慢性疾病、心血管疾病、肌肉骨骼功能异常等。地中海饮食可降低各类代谢性疾病的发生风险,是围绝经期健康管理的重要参考。根据个体化代谢特点进行合理营养干预,是围绝经期健康管理的基础。
